Products and Product Information

Lumiclo sells graphic tees, Vietnamese-inspired apparel, DTF-printed clothing, and other related products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, sizes, colors, prices, and images accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and the garment dyeing process.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size chart, color, quantity, and personalization details before placing an order.

Made-to-Order Products

Many Lumiclo products are made to order. Most standard orders require 2–3 business days for production and preparation and are normally shipped by the end of the third business day after payment is successfully processed.

Custom, personalized, and bulk orders may require additional production time. Production timelines for these orders will be communicated before production begins.

Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, inventory limitations, payment issues, production problems, or inaccurate customer information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and an accurate billing and shipping address.

Prices and Payments

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Payment must be successfully authorized before production begins.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated. Discounts cannot normally be applied to an order after checkout has been completed.

Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping practices, processing times, available destinations, costs, tracking procedures, and delayed-package procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Customers must contact us and receive approval before sending a return. Custom and personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Custom Designs and Customer-Provided Content

Customers submitting custom artwork, photographs, logos, text, or other materials confirm that they own the content or have permission to use and reproduce it.

Customers may not submit content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights. We reserve the right to refuse any custom order that contains unlawful, hateful, threatening, misleading, or infringing material.

Unless otherwise stated, the Lumiclo name, website content, product photography, original designs, graphics, descriptions, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Lumiclo.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. We may also use third-party payment processors, shipping carriers, tracking providers, analytics services, and social media platforms.

These third parties may operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Lumiclo is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
