Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days after your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can fix the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

For exchanges, please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
