Shipping

Where is my order?

If your order does not have a tracking number yet and/or has not been updated with a shipped status yet, then the order is likely still being processed by our warehouse.

Please give the warehouse a few
days to process your order. We will notify you when your tracking number is
ready and your order has been shipped.

You may view your order's latest
shipping progress by logging into your account and clicking 'My orders',
then the 'TRACK' button beside your order. However, please know that
once your order is shipped to its next facility, there may be no tracking
updates for 3-5 days, as the next facility will need time to scan
packages.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Delivery takes 4-7 business days for domestic. Delays may occur during holidays.

How long will the order take to arrive?

After you've paid for your order, the warehouse will need some times to process it. It will also take a few days to prepare your items before they are shipped, and you may see our 'Shipping info' page for more details.

Once your order ships, you will receive a notification. Please note that your order's estimated arrival time will vary depending on your delivery address and your chosen delivery method.

What is your return policy?

We hope you love what you've
ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return
process easy.

We accept returns within 10 days after the date of
delivery. Use our return label to postmark your return within 10 days after the
date of delivery  For later returns or additional returns from the same
order, a $6.99 fee will be deducted per return package.

Note:

1. Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered
condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if
applicable) intact.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, you should report the damaged delivery as soon as possible (within a maximum of 3 business days following delivery) to ensure the seller can report the damage to the shipping carrier. Make sure to keep the packaging, so we can figure out how it was damaged and prevent this from happening again.


If your item was damaged, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier and help you get a replacement or refund.
